SC is collaborating to promote Thailand as a global living hub by partnering with 'Thailand Longstay' to offer special privileges for condo buyers purchasing properties worth 3 million baht or more from the brands Reference, COBE, and SCOPE in six prime locations: Wongwian Yai, Rama 9, Kaset, and Langsuan. Buyers can apply for a one-year Long Stay Visa, reflecting the role of a property developer that meets international living standards. Ms. Pitchakorn Meesak, Deputy Managing Director of International Networks and Customers at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has teamed up with Thai Longstay Management (TLM), a company supporting long-term stays in Thailand, to launch a campaign catering to foreign customers interested in long-term living in Thailand. This initiative provides the opportunity to apply for a Long Stay Visa valid for one year for those who purchase and transfer ownership of SC condominiums valued at 3 million baht or more starting this April.

“Key factors influencing foreign customers' decisions are not only project quality or location but also the convenience of long-term residency. Visa restrictions remain an obstacle in many cases. Therefore, SC aims to develop solutions that reduce these limitations to make living and investing in Thailand more accessible, supporting the push for Thailand to become a World-Class Living Destination, especially as many countries are concerned about geopolitical conflicts,” Ms. Pitchakorn stated.

The campaign will initially focus on three condominium projects across six potential locations:

  1. Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai - Near the BTS Green Line at Wongwian Yai Station with river views, convenient access to Silom, Sathorn, and Icon Siam, and 24-hour amenities.
  2. COBE Kaset-Sripatum - Ready-to-move-in project adjacent to the BTS Green Line at Bang Bua Station, opposite Sripatum University, with complete amenities open 24 hours, just 10 minutes to Central Ladprao.
  3. COBE Ratchada-Rama 9 - A new project ready for occupancy by the end of May, close to MRT Cultural Center and Central Rama 9, with convenient transportation.
  4. SCOPE Langsuan - An Ultimate Class condominium in one of Thailand's most expensive land areas, offering maximum privacy and meticulous design.
  5. SCOPE Promsri - A low-rise luxury condominium in Sukhumvit, featuring a concept tailored for the new generation with iconic global furniture brands like Ligne Roset.
  6. SCOPE Thonglor - A 32-story ultra-luxury high-rise condominium with only 18 luxurious penthouse units, located right next to BTS Thonglor.

Ms. Pitchakorn further stated that Thailand is one of the top destinations for various foreign groups, including retirees, those seeking medical services, international students, and individuals wanting to escape the impacts of war. Offering Long Stay Visa privileges will significantly ease decision-making for these groups and enable Thailand to accommodate global citizens who value the country. SC continues to develop projects and services that meet international customer needs, focusing on quality living, potential locations, and after-sales services to build confidence and support Thailand's goal of becoming a global long-term living destination. Additionally, SC executives have discussed with Ms. Piyapath Subhan Na Ayutthaya, Chairperson and CEO of Thai Longstay Management (TLM), exchanging information and opinions regarding long-stay visa applications and real estate investments in Thailand to explore new potential for property ownership in the country. This collaboration aims to help foreign customers understand the correct long-stay visa processes. TLM operates as a private company under government supervision, promoting and developing long-term tourism in line with government policies, serving as a One Stop Service and coordinating benefits from public and private sectors for tourists and all stakeholders in the long-term tourism industry, including foreign tourists and Thai operators related to long-term tourism.
