Peace and Living (PEACE) has revealed its business direction for 2026 under the concept of "TURNAROUND WITH PROFITABLE GROWTH," confident in its strengths to drive the organization towards stable and sustainable growth through expertise in developing horizontal residential projects, including single houses, duplexes, and townhomes. The company is also enhancing its brand portfolio by introducing a new brand, "INNER PEACE," to meet the diverse needs of customers across all segments. The sales target for 2026 is set at 1.5 billion baht, representing a 65% growth from the previous year, with plans to launch two new projects conveniently located near the BTS, reflecting confidence in the potential of its 100% horizontal project development business. Additionally, PEACE aims to elevate the living experience through an app developed under the PEACE brand and drive business under the ESG concept to ensure stable and sustainable growth in all dimensions.

Mr. Dome Sirisopana, Managing Director of Peace and Living Public Company Limited, stated that the factors for developing new projects are coupled with enhancing the clarity of the horizontal portfolio in each segment. A significant step is the launch of the brand "INNER PEACE," which expands the portfolio and customer base. Meanwhile, the brand "CHER" continues to be the main brand driving the company's sales, following the success of 11 developed projects, reflecting the brand's strength and positive reception. Recently, the company recognized the importance of intentional living space design with the concept of Maximize Space & Volume, launching the "CHER UP" Fit-in Package in collaboration with EZYBUILT by Q-CHANG to help residents utilize space effectively and live comfortably every day.
The brand "CHERENE" strengthens its position in the Upper Segment market with its prime location, project quality, and reasonable pricing, enabling all brands to drive robust growth, as evidenced by the success of five new projects launched last year, including Cher Vibhavadi Rangsit, Cher Sathorn-Suksawat, Cher Pinklao-Ring Road, Cherene Phaholyothin-Watcharapol, and Inner Peace Sathorn-Tha Phra, which received excellent customer feedback.

The focus will be on aggressively entering the horizontal residential market, which is our core strength, alongside implementing key strategies such as efficient cost management, maintaining cash flow stability, and accurately developing projects that meet customer living needs. The company is preparing to launch two new projects with a total project value of 1.25 billion baht, which include:
- Project Cordiz Pattanakarn – On Nut: A premium 3-story townhome project valued at 450 million baht, located in the hot area of Pattanakarn – On Nut, near Ekkamai and Thonglor, with convenient access by both private car and BTS On Nut station. It features comprehensive common areas and amenities, offering privacy with only 68 units at an accessible price.
- Project Inner Peace Sathorn – Kalapapruek: A premium 3-story townhome and duplex project valued at 800 million baht, situated on a prime location just 0 meters from Big C Kalapapruek, close to BTS Talat Phlu station.
