“Consumers attending this event will receive the best offers from both project developers and financial institutions at the start of the year. We expect around 10,000 visitors over the four days, which will help create a positive atmosphere for the real estate market and may lead to a gradual recovery in the market by mid-year,” he added.

The organizers anticipate that this event will help increase cash flow in the market.
