Mr. Nopadech Kransut, Chief Executive Officer of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited's business in Thailand, Malaysia, and industrial business solutions, revealed that B.Grimm LNG Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of B.Grimm Power, has established a new subsidiary in Malaysia under the name B.Grimm LNG Sdn. Bhd. with a registered and paid-up capital of 1 Malaysian Ringgit, divided into 1 share valued at 1 Malaysian Ringgit. B.Grimm LNG Co., Ltd. holds 100% of the issued shares, utilizing the working capital of B.Grimm LNG Co., Ltd.


The goal of establishing this subsidiary is to supply and wholesale liquefied natural gas (LNG) and/or natural gas to power plants and industrial operators in Malaysia, aligning with B.Grimm Power's GreenLeap strategy aimed at providing clean, sustainable, and stable energy at accessible prices while minimizing environmental impact. This includes sourcing alternative energy for future electricity production (Sustainable Fuels) by leveraging B.Grimm Power's expertise in natural gas procurement and its long-standing, strong partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers using advanced technology. This initiative supports B.Grimm Power's long-term plan to become a leader in the renewable energy sector and a top global energy producer, with the goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 (B.E. 2593) and a production capacity target of 10,000 megawatts by 2573.
