  • The company is moving forward with the issuance of two new bond series, including a Green Bond, offering interest rates of [3.10 – 3.45]% per annum, with interest payments every three months. The bonds will be available for purchase on March 26-27 and March 30, with a minimum investment of only 1,000 baht.
  • Confident in meeting the needs of investors looking to lock in returns during a declining interest rate environment, the bonds carry a credit rating of ‘BBB+’ with a ‘Stable’ outlook.

Mr. Vicharn Viriyaputhit, CEO of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that the company is preparing to offer two new bond series to the general public to support its aggressive growth plans for 2026 and to provide a top choice for investors seeking stable returns from a highly secure company. The two bond series include:

  • Bond Series 1 (Green Bond): 3-year term with an interest rate of [3.10 – 3.25]% per annum, offered through Kasikorn Bank.
  • Bond Series 2: 4-year term with an interest rate of [3.30 – 3.45]% per annum, offered through 9 leading financial institutions.

“This bond issuance is based on Sansiri's strong foundation, having achieved the highest net profit in the real estate sector of 4.513 billion baht from total revenue of 34.395 billion baht in 2023. Additionally, the company has a strong backlog of over 11.6 billion baht awaiting revenue recognition this year, along with completed products ready for sale and immediate transfer worth 13.5 billion baht. With strict financial discipline, the company maintains liquidity exceeding 25 billion baht, reflecting financial stability that can support business operations and seamless debt repayment,” Mr. Vicharn stated.

Both bond series will pay interest every three months throughout the bond term, with a minimum subscription of only 1,000 baht, and have been rated ‘BBB+’ with a ‘Stable’ outlook by TRIS Rating Company on February 23, 2026.

Continuing Business in 2026 with a Strong Capital Base

Mr. Vicharn added that the funds raised from this capital increase will support the business plan for 2026, which aims to launch 33 new projects worth a total of 51 billion baht, targeting premium and medium customers with high purchasing power. This will also mark the first time the company offers bonds for environmental conservation (Green Bonds), reflecting its commitment to sustainability. “In a climate where policy interest rates are beginning to decline, investing in Sansiri's Investment Grade bonds presents a great opportunity to lock in valuable and consistent returns. We are confident that Sansiri's bonds will receive a warm response from investors as always,” he said.
