QGEN Consultant, a Thai consulting firm specializing in People & Organization, conducted a survey to identify the companies that the new generation most wants to work for, known as QGEN Thailand Most Attractive Companies 2026 (QMAC 2026). The survey collected data from university students, recent graduates, and private sector employees aged 20-40 across the country, totaling 5,672 respondents. Participants were given the opportunity to select their top three preferred organizations without any pre-defined options, showcasing genuine perceptions of organizations from the perspective of the workforce and the new generation.

According to the survey results, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited or SC Asset ranked 8th, marking its third consecutive year on the list of brands that people want to work with. It also remains the number 1 real estate brand that the new generation wishes to join for two years in a row, reinforcing its strength in creating a corporate culture that aligns with a lifestyle where work is not the center of life but a space that supports individuals to live, grow, and work in balance.
