The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has approved the transfer of TITLE Property Co., Ltd. (Public) or TITLE, a subsidiary of Asset Wise (ASW), from the mai market to be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This reflects the company's strong growth performance in line with its plans. After ASW's investment and merger (M&A) within just three years, the company has developed over 15 residential projects valued at more than 45.347 billion baht, generating continuous revenue growth and reinforcing the organization's readiness in all dimensions.

Mr. Drong Huta Jutha, CEO of TITLE Property Co., Ltd. (Public) or TITLE, under Asset Wise (ASW), a developer of Leisure Residence for sustainable living and investment, stated that the approval from the Stock Exchange of Thailand for TITLE to move to trading on the SET is a significant milestone for the company. It reflects the strong growth performance in line with plans and the organization's readiness in terms of business scale, management, and corporate governance.

TITLE is a real estate developer specializing in Leisure Residence in Phuket, developing projects that meet the real living and lifestyle needs of both Thai and foreign customers. This has resulted in continuous positive market reception and the establishment of a strong customer base in the leisure real estate market.

Within just three years after ASW's investment, the company has developed over 15 joint projects valued at more than 45.347 billion baht, achieving strong revenue growth. In 2025, the company will begin to recognize revenue from the project The Title Legendary Bang Tao, valued at 4.5 billion baht. Meanwhile, in 2026, there are plans to gradually transfer and recognize revenue from several additional projects, including The Title Heritage Bang Tao, The Title Serenity in Yang, and Villa Estella in Yang, which is the company's first pool villa project that has received a good response, as well as The Title Cielo Rawai. The company has a backlog of recognized revenue worth over 15.259 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized until 2027, supporting continuous revenue growth in the future.

Additionally, the company is moving forward to expand its business into Hospitality to create recurring income, including The Salute Beach Club at Nai Yang Beach and the voco Phuket Bangtao hotel under the IHG group, to enhance the ecosystem of living and tourism in line with Phuket's potential as a global tourist city.
