Sansiri Phuket, a leading real estate brand in the country, is expanding into a lifestyle brand in collaboration with Phuketian Coffee, led by Future Kittipob, the Thailand National Barista Champion 2025. This initiative supports the local coffee shop community in Phuket to grow sustainably alongside the community. They recently organized the "Sansiri Phuket | Sip & Inspire" coffee festival and competition, providing a platform for Phuket baristas to showcase their talents by creating new menus under the concept "Taste of Phuket" for coffee lovers both local and international at The Society, Cherng Talay-Phuket. The winner of the coffee creation competition was announced as Thanakorn Yosangrat from Asterisk Espresso.

Phumichai Matayomphiphan, Managing Director of the Southern Project Development Business Group at Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated, "Sansiri believes that sustainable growth must start with growing together with the community. We organized Sip & Inspire to support local coffee shop entrepreneurs and create a space for baristas from across the country to fully showcase their potential through innovative ideas using coffee and local ingredients that are the soft power of Phuket. Importantly, we are committed to creating new opportunities and inspiration for people to grow sustainably with Phuket through continuous collaboration with coffee partners, especially in partnership with BEANS Coffee Roaster to strengthen the learning and growth ecosystem of the Phuket coffee industry in the long term."

Elevating Soft Power in Phuket through sustainable coffee beans and community.

Sansiri Phuket Sip & Inspire is not just a coffee market event; it is part of Sansiri's strategy to create shared value through coffee beans and the coffee industry, enhancing the soft power of Phuket under the concept of sustainable growth together, which includes:

  • People: Supporting Phuket coffee shop entrepreneurs and providing space for new baristas to showcase their potential, create new menus, and develop real career opportunities.
  • Place: Promoting The Society as a community in Phuket's Cherng Talay area where people can meet, exchange inspiration, connect passions, and build a quality community.
  • Planet: Continuing our commitment to sustainability by supporting San Chai Coffee Farm and the #Sansiri Special Coffee Learning Center, which drives the improvement of farmers' quality of life. Coffee does not only grow from the soil but also from the intentions of people who want to see the forest come back to life. Sansiri collaborates with partners and coffee farmers at every stage of the journey, from farms on the mountain tops to coffee shops in the city, such as San Chai Beans Coffee Roaster. One coffee plant generates income, reduces burning, protects forests, and inspires the new generation to return home to continue a proud profession.

The ‘Sip & Inspire’ stage nurtures new baristas… truly extending the potential of baristas to create new menus.

More than just a competition, it is about extending the winning menu to be sold in-store for coffee enthusiasts to taste. The Sip & Inspire competition offers a total prize of over 30,000 baht, and the winning menu will be exclusively available at BEANS Coffee Roaster at The Society Phuket and only at the winner's café. One of the key moments of the event was the announcement of the competition winner, which signifies not just the victory of one cup of coffee but the triumph of the intentions and creativity of the new generation.

Thanakorn Yosangrat, the winner from Asterisk Espresso, said, "Thank you to Sansiri, BEANS, CP-MEIJI, and Aroma for creating a platform for both baristas and coffee shop entrepreneurs to showcase their potential. My menu tells the story of Phuket through its flavors, and I am very happy that this menu will be sold. It motivates new coffee makers to dare to dream and continue to develop. The concept of the menu 'Tin to Town' stems from the desire to narrate the history of Phuket before it became a world-class tourist destination. In the past, Phuket was an important tin mining area, so the drink was designed to reflect this story through four main components: hibiscus syrup representing tin, symbolizing the origins and economic foundation of Phuket; clarified milk tea representing the culture and Chinese immigrants; Phuket pineapple syrup, a local fruit known for its fertile soil; and coffee representing the strength, endurance, and power of the miners." Fran-Akrin Siwaprapitak, Director of BEANS Coffee Roaster, stated, "BEANS believes in the power of coffee to truly create change in the community. We are proud to collaborate with Sansiri to support a platform that allows

Phuket baristas to showcase their skills and push these creative ideas towards real market sales. This is a great model for developing the coffee industry alongside the community."
