Origin Property has reported total home and condo sales for 2025 amounting to over 24.5 billion baht, driven by ready-to-move projects, new launches, and ongoing projects in prime locations both in Bangkok and upcountry. In 2026, the company is set to transfer 9 additional condo projects, with a backlog exceeding 70% of the project value.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate development company, disclosed that the presales from residential projects in 2025 totaled 24.528 billion baht. This includes sales from the condominium segment under Origin Vertical Corporation Limited (ORIGIN VERTICAL), which accounted for over 19.914 billion baht, representing 81% of the total, and sales from horizontal housing projects under Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), which contributed over 4.615 billion baht, approximately 19%. The sales figures came from ready-to-move projects (about 14.483 billion baht) and new launches and ongoing construction projects (approximately 10.045 billion baht).

2025 was a challenging year for the real estate market, facing various pressures including consumer purchasing power, stricter lending criteria from financial institutions leading to higher reject rates, high household debt, and economic factors both domestically and internationally affecting consumer confidence in purchasing decisions. Origin has adapted by diversifying its business with both properties for sale and recurring income businesses that generate steady revenue. In 2025, the company launched 6 new projects valued at a total of 9.6 billion baht, consisting of 4 horizontal housing projects worth 5 billion baht and 2 condominium projects worth 4.6 billion baht.

For the condominium projects, developed under the concept of “Creative Living for All,” two projects have been launched: SO ORIGIN SUKHUMVIT 105, covering over 6 rai with 2 buildings and 913 units, along with 2 retail shops. This new condo is located just 200 meters from BTS Bearing station, providing easy access to central Bangkok and surrounded by complete amenities.
