LPN is set to repay the full amount of bonds worth 682 million baht by the end of January this year. This showcases the company's strong liquidity management, instilling confidence in investors. Additionally, LPN is preparing to issue a new bond series soon.

Ms. Daranee Chatpiriyapan, CEO of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, revealed that throughout its business operations, LPN has prioritized effective financial liquidity management. Since 2023, the company has continuously reduced its debt-to-equity (D/E) ratio, with a target to lower it by at least 20% from the previous year by 2026. This confirms the company's financial discipline and its efforts to control debt, repay bonds, and maintain cash flow to enhance confidence among shareholders and investors.

“LPN values investor confidence, thus focusing on systematic financial discipline alongside careful and transparent management. This has led to consistent trust from investors during each bond issuance. Furthermore, the company has been able to repay both interest and principal on time. Recently, the company is ready to repay the bonds due for redemption, including both interest and principal, totaling 682 million baht, and plans to announce the repayment on January 26. Additionally, there are plans to issue a new bond series soon,” said Ms. Daranee.

The performance in Q4 2023 is showing positive trends and stands out due to revenue recognition from the transfer of ownership of new condominium projects, such as the Earn by L.P.N. project valued at 2.1 billion baht, which has achieved approximately 45% sales according to the sales target. The project is set to begin delivery by the end of 2023, reflecting a good response from both actual residents and investors. Despite facing challenges from various external factors last year, including a slowing economy and global volatility, the company has managed its operations with a focus on cautious business practices and is ready to pursue stable growth in 2026.
