Mr. Thawatch Manawong, Executive Director of Step Forward Group Co., Ltd., the distributor of electrical appliances under the brand SMARTHOME, stated that sales in December 2025 amounted to 349 million baht, growing 27% from the previous year's sales of 275 million baht.

This growth reflects the strength of the SMARTHOME brand in the Thai electrical appliance market, particularly in building consumer confidence through product quality, a warranty of up to 3 years, and comprehensive After Sale Service and Customer Service that support customers before and after the sale, allowing the brand to meet consumer needs and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Mr. Thawatch further mentioned that the fourth quarter is considered the High Season for the electrical appliance market due to the purchasing behavior of businesses, stores, and consumers who prefer to choose electrical appliances as gifts during the New Year festival, as they are valuable, practical, and align with the lifestyle of modern families, resulting in continuous sales growth for SMARTHOME.
