Asset World Corporation (AWC), a leading real estate development group dedicated to meeting Thailand's comprehensive lifestyle needs, announced the launch of 'Bangkok Spectacular 2026' at Asiatique The Riverfront Destination from December 23 to 31, 2025, to support Bangkok's year-end tourism festival while creating sustainable economic and social value through activities that combine celebration, learning, and creativity.

The Bangkok Spectacular 2026 project along the Chao Phraya River is supported by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), developed in collaboration with the Department of Mineral Resources and Mahasarakham University to present a diverse and valuable tourism experience aligned with Bangkok's sustainability concepts.

THAINOSAUR MUSEUM: A New Destination for Sustainable Learning Tourism in Bangkok

One of the key highlights of the project is the opening of the THAINOSAUR Museum, a new museum that presents the paleontological stories of Thailand through engaging experiences. This significant collaboration with the government, particularly the Department of Mineral Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and Mahasarakham University, builds upon the previously launched FOSSIL PARK and HATCH DOME to create an integrated learning ecosystem for geology and natural history in the heart of Bangkok.

Under the mission of “Building Better Future For All,” AWC emphasizes supporting the country's knowledge infrastructure by providing advanced 3D printing technology to the Department of Mineral Resources to enhance paleontological research capabilities while opening learning opportunities for youth and new researchers in the future.

The THAINOSAUR Museum presents stories through thoughtfully designed spaces and learning pathways that connect content with real fossil displays, allowing visitors of all ages to experience Thailand's natural history. It harmoniously integrates scientific knowledge of Thai dinosaur species with creative artistic works by Thai artist “Taiwajit Phungkasemsomboon,” while connecting the experience to SkyFlyers: Wings of Garudapterus, an aerial ride inspired by a newly discovered flying reptile species first found in Thailand, offering a new perspective from one of the highest viewpoints along the Chao Phraya River.

ASIATIQUE’S THAILAND COUNTDOWN 2026

For the first time, ASIATIQUE’S THAILAND COUNTDOWN 2026 will expand its grandeur with a continuous five-day celebration from December 25 to 28 and on December 31, 2025, under the theme “The Power of Sound, Creativity, and Contemporary Thai Identity.” The riverside area will be transformed into a stage for music, art, and culture, combining immersive light and sound experiences to convey Bangkok's creative energy, inviting everyone to step into the New Year together.

Mr. Chatchart Sitthiphan, Governor of Bangkok, stated: “Creating new experiences for Bangkok plays a crucial role in stimulating the economy, attracting tourists, and allowing visitors to engage with the city through more meaningful experiences. These collaborations and creative ideas infuse new energy and vibrancy into the city, reflecting Bangkok's identity as an open, friendly city and a continuously developing destination.”

Mr. Michael Harit, Head of the Commercial Business Group at Asset World Corporation (AWC), said: “Bangkok Spectacular 2026 reflects AWC's commitment to supporting Bangkok's tourism during this significant time of the year. Asiatique The Riverfront Destination continues to develop as a lifestyle and tourism destination, providing space for happiness, celebration, and learning to coexist, creating long-term value for the city, communities, the tourism sector, partners, and future generations, in line with the mission of Building Better Future For All.”

The BANGKOK SPECTACULAR 2026 project invites everyone, both Bangkok residents and tourists, to experience the year-end celebration atmosphere along the Chao Phraya River, reflecting Asiatique The Riverfront Destination's commitment to being a landmark for celebration, learning, and pride while supporting the development of Bangkok as a unique sustainable tourism destination.
