SC Morning Talk with furniture and coffee tables made from eco-friendly materials and construction sites, accompanied by sunflowers that play Morning Melody ambiance, providing a space for everyone to sit and share good conversations. 3. SC Morning Walk simulating the atmosphere of a morning walk in the SC Asset community through technology that provides a realistic experience of visuals, light, and vibrations. 4. SC Mini Sunshine Market showcasing health-conscious and eco-friendly products from SC Asset residents, extending the philosophy of viewing customers as the sun, with SC Asset being the sunflower that blooms when seeing customers grow.
