CV Group of Companies, led by Mr. Apirak and Mrs. Chanthip Vanit, held a press conference to unveil their new mega mixed-use project in Phuket, named "Synthesis Ark Phuket." This urban development spans nearly 500 rai in the heart of Phuket, transforming the former palm plantation into a future city driven by sustainability concepts. The first phase, "NEXUS," will feature office buildings that integrate a health center, lifestyle mall, and hotel.

Mrs. Chanthip Vanit, Managing Director and Executive of CV Group, stated, "Synthesis Ark Phuket is the new landmark of Phuket and represents the evolution of the Vanit family's land from mining to palm plantations, and now to a model city that will be the 'gem' of Phuket. We aim to pass this pride on to the future through a project that reflects the concept of sustainable living in a 15-Minute Neighborhood, where everything is within walking distance—homes, workplaces, schools, health centers, and large parks—allowing people to live, work, learn, and relax all in one place."

This project is an Integrated Mixed-use Development with a total area of 491 rai, located in the prime area of Srisunthorn Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket, adjacent to Thepkrasattri Road, which connects Phuket Airport to the city center. The project will include condominiums, housing estates, luxury villas, office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, educational institutions, health and beauty centers, and a world-class shopping center, with a total investment value of over 50 billion baht. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with completion expected by 2032.

Synthesis Ark Phuket is designed under the concept of Eco-Spectrum Living, emphasizing sustainability and powered by smart technology, along with efficient energy and water management systems. It aims to create a balance between "people, city, and nature" based on three key pillars: Sustainable living that respects nature, with over 20% of the total area allocated for green spaces and lakes; Walkable environments where everything is within a 15-minute walking distance; and Self-Sufficient communities that are fully self-reliant in all aspects of life.

The highlight of the first phase is NEXUS, a cluster of office buildings and a lifestyle community mall. The CV Group will consist of four buildings: an office building with over 10,000 square meters, a premium hotel with 70 rooms, a Retail & Lifestyle building featuring shops and restaurants, and a Wellness & Aesthetic building that will serve as a health and beauty service center, expected to open by 2031.

The project executives also revealed that Synthesis Ark Phuket recently received a design award from the prestigious Asia Architecture and Design Awards 2025 in the category of Asia’s Best Master Planning, marking a significant achievement for the project owners and the design team, and confirming its outstanding design vision at the regional level in Asia.
