Sansiri Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak (second from left), the CEO, along with Thammasat University (TU), represented by Professor Dr. Supasawat Chatchaval (second from right), the President, have signed a collaboration agreement to promote and support educational development through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the business sector and educational institutions. This initiative aims to create sustainable partnerships in developing quality graduates that meet the future needs of the business sector. The first pilot course is titled "New Generation Real Estate Investors," which will cover financial knowledge, savings, investment, and comprehensive real estate analysis, starting in January 2026.

Throughout 2025, Sansiri has engaged in various collaborative activities with Thammasat University, such as sending experts from the organization to participate as guest speakers in courses and forums organized by the university, providing opportunities for students to join the Sansiri Alpha Internship Program, and supporting Site Visit activities to allow students and faculty to learn from real experiences.

This collaboration arises from the shared commitment of both leading organizations, representing the Thai real estate business sector and the country's top higher education institution, to promote and support education and the development of quality human resources for society at large. It opens avenues for development as a leading organization that has succeeded and wishes to leverage its accumulated knowledge and experience to benefit higher education, enhancing human resources for the country, providing real business experiences for students, and fostering specialized expertise among Thai graduates to prepare them for future career advancements.

They have jointly developed the first pilot course with the subject TU285 Next Gen Real Estate Investor: Building Wealth & Driving Sustainability, aimed at enhancing understanding of urban trends, location analysis, real estate business models, and sustainable development. Students will learn about all aspects of real estate, from growth trends and urban expansion directions to location analysis, real estate business models from inception to completion, and sustainable real estate development that goes beyond just housing construction to include community building and future living quality. The course covers both marketing and investment in real estate through theoretical and practical learning, including site visits to learn from real locations with Sansiri Mentors, experts from Sansiri in design and real estate investment.
