Botanica Luxury Villas, a leader in the luxury pool villa market in Thailand, is advancing its vision to create a superior living community in Phuket, aiming to position the province as a leading global lifestyle destination. Recently, they launched the grand art campaign "Botanica The Collector," transforming the Sales Gallery into a "living art gallery." This initiative includes the Botanica Art Collection, inviting those who appreciate a meaningful lifestyle to experience a new definition of living where art is not just decoration but a reflection of one's identity. This belief is rooted in the idea that “art” is a crucial dimension that unites people, inspires new ideas, and elevates society with creativity. The exhibition is also one of the official venues for the international contemporary art event, Thailand Biennale Phuket 2025, reinforcing Botanica's role as a supporter of Phuket's contemporary art landscape by collaborating with local artists, curators, and leading galleries to establish Phuket as a sustainable cultural hub in Thailand.

The Botanica Art Collection showcases masterpieces from renowned Thai artists such as Thawan Duchanee, Chalermchai Khositphiphat, Sakul Wisesmane, and Natee Uthritthit, along with many other famous artists, including a significant highlight of a world-class piece by legendary French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Visitors will immerse themselves in the art display across various zones, including both floors of the Botanica Sales Gallery and the outdoor garden area, with a Curated Tour designed to harmonize with light, materials, and the landscape.

“Art” from Decoration to a Key Detail of Living

In recent years, Botanica has recognized that art has shifted from being merely a "decorative element" to becoming the "heart of the living experience." Wealthy buyers (HNWIs/UHNWIs) view "home" as more than just a physical asset; it reflects their identity and taste, with "art" playing a role in defining style, emotional rhythm, and aesthetics in everyday life. Today, selecting art to decorate homes to create an atmosphere that aligns with natural light, interior materials, and the actual lifestyle of individuals is as crucial as choosing the right home and location. Furthermore, art is seen as a “Passion Investment,” or an asset of passion that holds emotional value and potential worth. Reports on wealth and the international art market indicate that new collectors and investors worldwide are continuously expanding their portfolios in art. They emphasize Provenance (the origin and history of the work), Curation (the selection and storytelling process), and Display (the arrangement in suitable spaces), all of which relate to creating a "home" that becomes a personal museum where owners can live with and appreciate valuable art daily.

Mr. Atthasit Inthrachuti, CEO of Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd., stated, "I am an art collector who believes that art should live with us, not behind barriers. I enjoy collecting masterpieces that have stories and value in real living spaces. Botanica has also found that luxury buyers see art as both an aesthetic aspect of living and a 'passion asset.' Curating art to fit the space, considering factors like lighting, spatial elements, air circulation, and maintenance, is as important as choosing the works of artists they love. We aim to bridge this knowledge for our clients to visualize and experience it themselves. For the Botanica The Collector campaign, we intend for everyone to understand that art not only beautifies a home but also calms the heart and inspires new ideas. A good home should heal our minds, and well-curated art acts like a friend that alleviates worries, allowing us to breathe deeply and relax upon returning home. This is true luxury in today's era. We aim to prove that 'art' is not distant but a medium that gives every home a heart."

Under the Botanica The Collector campaign, we are proud to present a special exhibition named Botanica Art Collection as part of the exhibition space for the international art event Thailand Biennale Phuket 2025 because we believe in the power of art to drive society toward a more creative dimension. We are pleased to contribute to making Phuket an important cultural hub in Thailand and to push the province to be a center for global art and culture.

The Botanica Art Collection exhibition is now open for viewing until April 29, 2026, at the Sales Gallery in Botanica Grand Avenue, Cherng Talay, Thalang District, Phuket, featuring over 55 sculptures and paintings displayed across two floors inside the building and in the outdoor garden area. Notable highlights include the world-class piece Buste de femme (1917) by French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir, several works by Thawan Duchanee, the sculpture “Reflection You” by renowned artist Cheese Anon, and the work Vishnu by Wayupat Rattanapetch, along with many other valuable pieces.

Botanica is committed to creating a comprehensive lifestyle experience that integrates art, design, and elevated living. The brand believes that the presence of art among people will elevate Phuket from a vacation destination to a tangible global art city. Mr. Atthasit concluded, "Our long-term goal is to make Phuket a place where people can truly 'experience and live with art.' In the future, we plan to develop the Botanica Art Museum, not just as a repository of works but as a platform to support the community of artists, collectors, and visitors, allowing the city to grow with cultural value. We believe in the value of local art because works that arise from cultural roots, when carefully curated and placed in quality spaces, become the 'cultural capital' of the city. We will continue to support local artists and elevate the city through art sustainably."

Experience the Botanica Art Collection exhibition today until April 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sales Gallery, Botanica Grand Avenue.
