Grand Centre Point Group Continues Aggressive Strategy Targeting Quality Travelers with the Launch of
The LHMH Group, which manages the Grande Centre Point hotel chain, reaffirms its leadership in the Thai hotel industry with a significant year-end push for 2025 by launching the 'Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok' (investment of 4.5 billion Baht), the second Prestige Tier hotel in the Grande Centre Point chain. The strategy focuses on Experience Marketing, catering to the trend of new-age travelers who prioritize value and experience over price. The group plans to continue launching new hotels, expecting total revenue from the hotel business to soar to 8 billion Baht in 2026.

Ms. Suwana Phutprasat, CEO of LHMH, highlights a significant shift in the tourism business landscape, particularly the growth of the 'High Spending' group from Europe, which positively impacts the 4-5 star hotel market in prime locations. This intensifies competition in the hotel industry, where success is no longer measured by the number of rooms or price, but by who can deliver a "unique experience" filled with value. This presents an opportunity for the group to focus on quality investments, emphasizing high-potential locations and unique service designs to provide differentiated experiences.

“2025 marks another successful year for us. This year, the Grande Centre Point chain launched two new hotels: Grande Centre Point Lumpini, the brand's first Prestige Tier hotel, at the beginning of the year, and now the Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok, a new landmark in the Ratchaprasong area that combines luxurious Art Deco style with the charm of contemporary Thai art, offering an elevated relaxation experience with utmost comfort in the heart of the metropolis. This is a strategic move to elevate our portfolio as a leader in the Thai hotel business, deeply understanding the essence of Thai culture and expressing it in a contemporary manner,” she added.
With the positive signals from the tourism market, the Grande Centre Point chain plans to continue its business expansion. In the fourth quarter of 2026, it plans to launch Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya, the second Limited Tier hotel in the chain, aimed at creating new experiences for families and travelers seeking uniqueness. By 2028, the company plans to launch Grande Centre Point Chinatown in a culturally unique historical area of Bangkok. Additionally, there are plans to develop more hotels in key tourist cities to expand the customer base and diversify the brand, resulting in a total of 11 hotels with over 5,000 rooms by 2028, expected to generate revenue of around 10 billion Baht.

Mr. Kitti Vorabhan, Managing Director of LHMH, spoke about the uniqueness of Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok, stating, “With an investment of 4.5 billion Baht, we position it as a 'Prestige Tier' hotel. One highlight that makes the hotel stand out is its proximity to Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, the brand's first project launched in 2008. We designed it to be 'Twin Towers' with a total of 1,000 rooms, reflecting the brand's growth journey from its inception to world-class luxury, creating a new phenomenon of luxury lifestyle in the city with premium rooms and amenities.”

Mr. Kitti also reflected on the success of the Grande Centre Point Lumpini hotel launched earlier this year, stating, “It has received excellent feedback, currently averaging an occupancy rate of over 80%, with weekend bookings at 90%. We are confident that the launch of Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok on December 1, during the peak tourist season, will receive equally positive responses and become a new destination that travelers worldwide want to check in to. The company forecasts hotel business revenue for 2025 to be around 5.9 billion Baht, and after the opening of Grande Centre Point Prestige and the launch of Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya in the fourth quarter of 2026, we expect hotel revenue to grow to over 8 billion Baht.”

Ms. Mesinee Kaewratree, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at LHMH, shared the marketing plans for the Grande Centre Point chain, stating, “We will focus on expanding our customer base among quality travelers and premium business travelers, aligning with the overall tourism market that is recovering strongly, especially among High-Spending and Long-haul Tourists from Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Oceania, and Russia, which are continuously increasing. At the same time, we aim to expand our conference, event, and catering base to support the growth of the MICE industry, another key driver of Thailand's economy.”

“One of our key strategies is Experience Marketing, emphasizing the design of every element to ensure customers feel the uniqueness and attention to detail from the moment they step in, whether it’s the luxurious and warm atmosphere of the hotel or the service design that meets the lifestyle needs of each guest group, allowing guests to truly experience the difference and uniqueness of a Thai hotel chain.”
Another important strategy that has led to the Grande Centre Point brand being widely recognized and accepted by guests is the serious and continuous focus on customer satisfaction scores (Review Scores). A dedicated Social Listening team is established to gather real-time feedback from guests at all nine Grande Centre Point hotels through various channels. This in-depth information is immediately used to enhance services, helping to retain existing customers while also creating a positive impression on new customers, leading to precise communication designs that resonate with modern consumers. Additionally, there are plans to expand brand awareness through KOLs and influencers both locally and internationally to elevate the image of Grande Centre Point as a hotel brand recognized by the younger generation and travelers worldwide.
Mr. Prawit Nguyenravi, General Manager of Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok, highlighted the hotel's strengths, stating, “Located in a prime area of Ratchaprasong, it is conveniently accessible via the BTS Skytrain at two stations: Ratchadamri and Chit Lom. The interior is designed luxuriously, focusing on true comfort and relaxation. In addition to comfort, we offer exceptional experiences catering to every lifestyle, whether for quality travelers seeking luxury accommodation in the best location, both international and Thai customers at B+ level and above who value standard service, families and friends needing spacious areas and complete functions, modern business travelers blending work with leisure (Bleisure), and urban staycationers looking to recharge in premium accommodations in the city. We expect that 70% of our customers at Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok will be leisure travelers and 30% will be business travelers.”
Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok features 509 rooms, suites, and penthouses, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views from every room, whether it’s the vibrant cityscape of Ratchaprasong or the green space of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC). All rooms are equipped with high-end amenities and advanced technology, such as smart TVs, Nespresso coffee machines, Dyson hairdryers, and LRL bath products. Additionally, guests can indulge in culinary experiences at renowned restaurants, such as Chef Man Restaurant, a famous Cantonese restaurant recognized both in Thailand and internationally, guaranteeing quality with its dim sum and special roast duck menu, or Brass House Bangkok, a classic 1920s-style rooftop jazz bar offering contemporary Thai cuisine with signature cocktails and live jazz music. Bloom & Brew Café offers a modern take on contemporary Thai cuisine along with afternoon tea.
“The hotel also caters to health-conscious guests and urban dwellers who love self-care with a Wellness Lifestyle in the heart of Bangkok, providing a relaxation experience that soothes both body and mind with the renowned Let's Relax Onsen & Spa, considered one of the most beautiful in Thailand. For guests, the hotel features a large relaxation area covering two floors, including a 50-meter infinity pool with panoramic city views, premium TechnoGym fitness equipment, and a steam sauna. Fitness classes such as Muay Thai and yoga are available to meet all needs, and families can enjoy the Games Room, another signature of the Grande Centre Point chain, featuring board games, arcade games, and online games. There is also a Kids Club inspired by 'Thai Temple Fairs,' equipped with developmental toys from Plan Toy for children to learn and have fun simultaneously.”
