AP Thailand showcases strong performance, with total revenue for Q3 of the year 2568 reaching 12.428 billion baht (100% JV), growing 8.7% from the previous quarter, and a net profit of 1.155 billion baht, increasing by over 14.7% compared to the previous quarter. This reflects the strength of the business and continuous growth across all dimensions, highlighted by:
- Horizontal Business Group: AP's horizontal projects, including twin houses, townhomes, and single houses, continue to maintain a strong transfer momentum (Robust Performance), supported by both existing projects and new projects in the first three quarters of the year. Notable projects that generated the highest transfer value include CENTRO Bangna, CENTRO Theparak-Srinakarin, CENTRO Petchkasem-Bangkae, THE CITY Kalapapruek, and THE PALAZZO Pinklao-Brom. Additionally, there are 3 projects that completed ownership transfers within this quarter, including GRANDE PLENO Sukhumvit-Bangna, PLENO Sukhumvit-Bangna 2, and PLENO Chaipraksa.
