Pruksa Holding Expands Business Portfolio with IHC to Strengthen Construction and Homebuilding Market, Launching Rental Business for Long-term Growth
Pruksa Holding is moving forward with its business portfolio expansion strategy by officially launching "Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd." (IHC) under the concept "Building sustainable living through innovation." This initiative targets the construction and real estate development sectors with the IHC brand and homebuilding services under the Plantnery by PRUKSA brand. The aim is to elevate construction standards through over 30 years of experience and innovation while strengthening long-term financial stability through a rental business that generates regular income. The first launch will be under the iPlearn brand in the fourth quarter, with three pilot locations in Lam Luk Ka, Rangsit-Klong 2, and Bo Win in Rayong province, reinforcing its leadership in delivering quality housing for a lifetime through over 30 years of expertise from the Pruksa Group.

Mr. Piya Prayong, CEO of Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd., stated that the launch of IHC marks a significant step in enhancing Pruksa's strategy for sustainable growth, aiming to strengthen its business portfolio and increase competitiveness both domestically and internationally. This also completes the ecosystem from upstream to downstream in housing, covering materials, construction, housing, and future investments, marking a new S-Curve that will transition the company from a leader in real estate development to a comprehensive construction and housing service provider, fostering long-term growth.

Under the IHC brand, the company targets B2B and SME clients with comprehensive services that include project feasibility studies, business model recommendations, pricing strategies, cost determination, profit assessments suitable for market competition, architectural design, construction management, and after-sales services. IHC is also committed to innovating new construction techniques to enhance the quality of construction for apartments, hotels, dormitories, home offices, warehouses, and factories, supported by a highly capable construction team with over 30 years of experience and more than 60 teams ready to serve clients, with a capacity to construct up to 700 townhouses or two-story single-family homes per month.

For the homebuilding business, under the brand Plantnery by PRUKSA, the focus is on B2C clients in the mid to high-end market, with prices ranging from 3 to 20 million baht. The highlights include a professional team with experience in building over 200,000 homes, a structural warranty of up to 20 years, clear pricing with no hidden costs, and completion within 6 months, guaranteeing no abandonment of work. Additionally, there is a One-Stop Service and over 100 house designs available, from standard designs to customized options, with prices starting at 10 million baht. The innovation Inno-Tech aims to enhance the quality of homes and living standards for every family, providing homes built with strong, durable precast systems, complemented by technology for comfortable and safe living, under the concept of Building Homes, Crafting Dreams, Made Possible.

“We see the potential of the homebuilding market, which has high growth opportunities. According to data from the Thai Home Builders Association and the Department of Business Development, the total market value of the homebuilding business in 2025 is expected to reach 130 billion baht, with major operators holding only 10% or about 15 billion baht, indicating a tremendous opportunity for new real estate developers aiming to establish professional construction and management standards,” Mr. Piya stated.

In addition to the two main businesses, IHC is also preparing to move towards creating stable and sustainable recurring revenue by expanding into the rental business, launching for the first time under the iPlearn brand as rental housing that caters to modern living with distinctive, modern designs and functional rooms equipped with furniture that meets user needs. The properties will feature complete amenities and a 24-hour online security system at competitive rental prices. The first three pilot locations include Lam Luk Ka, Rangsit-Klong 2, and Bo Win (Rayong), set to launch in the fourth quarter of this year, with plans to expand to 10,000 units within three years, targeting a diverse tenant base from factory workers, students, office employees, to serviced apartments in urban areas, focusing on locations near job centers and educational institutions to meet the growing rental demand, with current pilot areas already achieving over 90% occupancy rates.
