“CIRA” means leader in Latin and offers only 9 Private Residences with 4 house designs. The names of the houses—Azure, Elen, and Serene—are derived from words for the sky in various languages, symbolizing the “great sky” that represents the CIRA project. Inside the house, convenience and adaptability are prioritized. The overall layout is designed to genuinely support family living. Upon entering, you are greeted by a glass room, a space to relax before entering the main zone. The main area connects seamlessly to the Living Zone and Service Zone.
