It stands out with a Biophilic Design concept that harmoniously integrates nature with buildings, creating an unprecedented Outdoor-in-Indoor atmosphere. The project is designed to include socialized, multi-generation, and community spaces, as well as being pet-friendly, accommodating the expansion of both local and international brands, while integrating the business strengths of the Central Group to meet all dimensions of the area’s needs, including Family & Edutainment, Food, and Sport & Wellness Destinations, expected to open in Q2 2026.
