Sammakorn celebrates its 55th anniversary and moves towards its goal of becoming a “100-Year Organization.” The company organized a Townhall with a “Bottom-Up” approach aimed at fostering an “Inclusive & Engaged” work culture, providing a platform for all employees to voice their opinions and collaboratively define the direction of sustainable business in response to future real estate market challenges.
Sammakorn Public Company Limited, a leading brand in quality real estate development that has grown alongside Thai society, announced significant policies on the occasion of its 55th anniversary, setting a challenging goal to become a stable and sustainable “100-Year Organization.” This year, the “Bottom-Up Townhall” was held to reflect a crucial transition from a Top-Down management style to an Inclusive & Engaged Organization, allowing employees at all levels to be “voice makers” in driving and determining the organization's growth direction together.

The “Bottom-Up Townhall” provided an opportunity for employees at all levels to express their opinions and reflect on the direction of organizational development. Feedback from the Sammakorn team was summarized into three main proposals, which not only reflect the intentions of the personnel but also highlight key pathways to elevate the organization towards strength and sustainability in the future.

- Market & Product Expansion: Leverage expertise to explore new markets, utilizing over 55 years of accumulated experience in real estate development to expand markets and create new customer bases for continuous growth, while maintaining the quality standards and brand identity that are Sammakorn's strengths.
