City Dynamic Co., Ltd., a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, has announced a strategic partnership with Swire Hotels to bring the renowned global hotel brand Upper House to Bangkok with the launch of two Branded Residences projects: Upper House Residences Bangkok, the world's first Upper House Branded Residences, and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, a residential project offering superior services under the brand.
