'Sala Bang Pa-In', a boutique resort under the SALA Hospitality Group, has won the Silver Medal Award for Outstanding Architecture 2024 in the Hotel and Hospitality / Wellness Architecture category from the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage. 'Sala Bang Pa-In' is the only boutique resort located on a private island in the Chao Phraya River, in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, near the historic Bang Pa-In Palace, which has a history spanning over 390 years. The resort features a total of 24 rooms, including pool villas, designed under the concept of 'Historical Getaway', integrating the rural landscape of Ayutthaya with contemporary design, crafted from various local materials such as sheer fabrics, bricks, natural wood, and woven crafts.
