SC Asset has announced a collaboration with Bangkok Bank to strengthen the financial foundation of its portfolio in the global brand hotel sector and super-luxury flagship condominiums. The company is set to launch the first KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Thailand, alongside the debut of “Still Sukhumvit 20,” a super-luxury condominium located on a major road in the heart of Sukhumvit, expected to open in Q4 2025. This initiative aims to meet the demand from both Thai and international residents seeking short- and long-term accommodations in the central business district.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has received financial support from its key financial partner, Bangkok Bank, which has maintained a strong relationship for over two decades. This partnership will facilitate the development of two significant projects in prime locations along Sukhumvit Road, near the Asoke and Phrom Phong BTS stations: 1. KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton lifestyle brand in Thailand, located on Sukhumvit 29, and 2. “Still Sukhumvit 20,” the company’s flagship condominium project valued at 6 billion baht, also situated on Sukhumvit Road, anticipated to launch in Q4 2025. This reflects ongoing support from previous projects.
