On October 1, 2025, Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, along with Mr. Pornprom Na S. Wikitseth, Advisor to the Governor of Bangkok, led a delegation from both agencies to the Huai Khwang community housing project in the Din Daeng district to monitor the progress of the 'This House Doesn't Mix: Separate Waste to Reduce Fees' initiative.

This project is a collaboration between the National Housing Authority and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, aimed at encouraging citizens to properly separate waste, reduce the amount of waste that needs to be disposed of, lower costs, and create a more livable environment. The BKK WASTE PAY technology is being utilized for efficient data management and fee reimbursement systems.

During this visit, the management team observed the community's waste management processes, engaged with residents to gather feedback, and participated in activities to raise awareness about waste separation from the source.

Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit stated, 'Separating waste not only helps reduce costs but also contributes to a sustainable environment and better health for the community.' He emphasized that the National Housing Authority will continue to support and expand such projects to other areas.
