EnCo Launches Seminar “Thailand's Real Estate Outlook 2026” to update insights and share perspectives from experts in the real estate sector through two key topics: “Thailand's Real Estate Outlook 2026: Challenges & Opportunities”, reflecting the opportunities and challenges in the Thai real estate market, and “Green Living, Smart City: Real Estate Leading the Way to Sustainable Cities”, presenting approaches for urban development alongside sustainability. This seminar aims to enhance understanding of the direction of the Thai real estate market in 2026, facilitate the exchange of in-depth information, and create a framework for collaboration from the private sector to drive the quality growth of Thai real estate while considering the environment and the quality of life for sustainable communities.

Mr. Sirisak Jantrama, CEO of Energy Complex Co., Ltd. (EnCo), stated that EnCo operates under a vision to develop real estate and manage facilities with excellent services for sustainable business growth, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move towards the goal of Net Zero Emissions by 2050, in line with the policy framework of PTT Group. He also shared experiences in real estate investment and management strategies for both Corporate and End Users. Additionally, Mr. Chatchawat Songprasert, Senior Analyst at the Economic and Business Research Center, Siam Commercial Bank (SCB EIC), analyzed the direction of the Thai economy in 2026, discussing various factors impacting the market, such as real estate credit, the slowdown in the real estate sector, and expectations from the private sector and the public regarding government economic stimulus.

The discussion on “Green Living, Smart City: Real Estate Leading the Way to Sustainable Cities” featured esteemed national experts exchanging views, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, Mr. Narongveth Watanapanit, Managing Director of Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited, part of SCG, Mr. Samatcha Promsirirak, Chief of Staff at Sansiri Public Company Limited, and Ms. Passaree Phakwan, Head of Property Management at CBRE Thailand. This forum focused on key issues such as MEGA Trends in sustainable urban development, trends and obstacles in developing green buildings in Thailand, sharing international case studies that can be applied locally, and considering the potential for urban development, green building standards, and the role of the government in supporting collaborative urban development.
