Sansiri Advances Its Mission 'Zero Dropout: Repair, Build, Paint' to Prove the Power of Volunteerism 'No One Should Be Left Behind in Education'
Three years ago, Sansiri recognized the issue of educational inequality among Thai children and became the only Thai real estate company to announce a fundraising initiative, issuing bonds worth 100 million baht to support the Educational Equity Fund (GSEF) in addressing the problem of children dropping out of the education system or those at risk of doing so. The project aimed to develop Ratchaburi Province as a pilot model, enabling children and youth to access education and complete their compulsory education, thus paving the way for a brighter future under the project name 'Zero Dropout: Every Child Must Learn' on February 4, 2022.

Zero Dropout – Every Child Must Learn is a mission driven by Sansiri and various partners to ensure that every child has equal access to education, regardless of their circumstances or limitations. The clear goal of this project is to 'not let anyone drop out of the education system'.

From 2022 to 2025, Ratchaburi Province will be developed as a model area for education, marking a significant step in systemic reform that helps children and youth choose learning paths aligned with their real lives, thereby reducing the long-term risk of dropping out of education.
Alongside structural changes, the activity “Repair, Build, Paint” is another crucial mechanism driven by the “volunteer spirit” of both Sansiri employees and business partners, such as TOA Paint and over 10 other companies, united by the shared vision of recognizing the importance of children and youth as vital contributors to Thailand's development. They collectively support materials, equipment, and labor, all voluntarily contributing to repair school buildings, paint classrooms, improve playgrounds, check electrical systems, deliver computers to schools, and create agricultural plots for school lunch ingredients. We refer to all these efforts as creating “learning spaces that are safe and sustainable.” Each small activity collectively enhances educational opportunities for hundreds of children to grow in a better environment, having already been organized six times.

The “Repair, Build, Paint” activity is not merely a project for building renovations or repairs; it symbolizes the collaboration of Sansiri and its partners, committed to moving forward seriously and continuously to affirm that every step we take today lays the foundation for a secure future for every Thai child.
Currently, Sansiri's “Zero Dropout” has expanded into “Thailand Zero Dropout” as of National Children's Day in 2024 and will officially commence in July 2024, with the “Ratchaburi Model” being implemented in various provinces across Thailand.
