The data reveals that “Russia, China, and Taiwan” account for the largest share of condo purchases. The company continues to push forward with the Origin Agent Club to penetrate foreign markets, consistently showcasing condos abroad, emphasizing that Thailand remains an attractive investment destination for foreigners.

Mr. Thanakorn Wutthipong, Senior Vice President of International Business at Origin Vertical Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate development company, revealed that in the first half of 2025, the company achieved condominium sales to foreign customers totaling 2.8 billion baht, reinforcing its leadership in the foreign condo sales market. The top three foreign customer groups purchasing condos for investment in the first half of 2025 are: Rank 1 Russia with a share of 25%, Rank 2 China with a share of 17%, and Rank 3 Taiwan with a share of 14%, along with other customer groups from countries such as Singapore, Myanmar, and Hong Kong. The price range that foreign customers prefer is well-received, starting from 3-5 million baht, including commercial condo units that are sold as whole floors, which is a product that stands out from competitors and is suitable for investment. The three highlight projects that generated the highest foreign sales include:
