The PARQ is the first lifestyle mixed-use project in Thailand to receive LEED GOLD® and WELL CERTIFIED™ CORE GOLD standards under the concept of "Life Well Balanced." Together with Swoop Buddy and Go Green Girls, we invite environmentally conscious young people to discover new inspirations for sustainable living at the "SWAP UP FESTIVAL VOL.3". Join us for activities covering fashion, lifestyle, and art, with leading partners such as Stonegoat, Suntory Beverage & Food, GrabFood, 3M Thailand, and OKLIN, all coming together to create inspiration and new phenomena in promoting a sustainable lifestyle under the concept of "Living the Circular Lifestyle" from September 18 to 21, 2025.

Mr. Kamolnai Chai-chanian, Executive Director of TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated, "With this SWAP UP FESTIVAL, we aim to inspire the new generation to see that sustainability can start from small things in daily life. We want everyone to enjoy exchanging and creating new value, viewing environmental care not as difficult or outdated, but as something achievable, fun, and stylish."

At the event, everyone can experience the Circular Lifestyle through the exchange of clothes, collectibles, books, and beloved items, giving them new value again. Enjoy activities that extend sustainable lifestyles, discover new inspirations and perspectives on adding value to waste materials to create new works, and reduce waste from everyday items. Activities include workshops on decorating plant pots while learning to use plant nutrients from composting food waste, crafting coasters from recycled paper, sewing scrub bags from coffee grounds collected from cafes at The PARQ, repairing old clothes to make them usable again, and transforming old fabric scraps into stylish items.

Additionally, there will be a Community Talk on the topic "It's All Connected: How Circularity Shapes the Way We Live, Work, and Create", featuring representatives from various organizations sharing their views and inspirations on promoting the Circular Lifestyle, including sustainable food waste management, active community living, recycling innovation, and creating a culture in the workplace. This will show everyone that living with environmental awareness can be fun, stylish, and yield significant results for our planet.

"Often, living an environmentally conscious life is seen as just a trend or perceived as difficult. Go Green Girls aims to be a medium to convey the concept of Circular Lifestyle, showing everyone that living in harmony with the planet can be easier than they think. Whether it's dressing stylishly, choosing items that reflect one's identity without being out of trend, exchanging, or creating new value from existing items, importantly, we can choose methods that suit our lifestyles without feeling overwhelmed. Just like that, we can start creating sustainability from ourselves," said Ms. Arawan Kittithanon, Chief Marketing Officer of Pun Promotion Co., Ltd., sharing a lifestyle that can change the world.

Ms. Jariya Theerasenee, one of the volunteers from Swoop Buddy, said, "Many people still view second-hand products only in terms of price, but the reality is that it supports the use of second-hand fashion (Circular Fashion Ecosystem). Not only does it save budget, but it also extends the life cycle of clothing and reduces the environmental impact of the fashion industry. This exchange wouldn't be possible without partners who recognize the importance of environmental issues. The PARQ is not just a partner but a vital force in strengthening this stylish eco-friendly community."

There will also be an exhibition of artworks made from waste materials, featuring the series "The Destination of Marine Waste" by Tanntalay, an artist and environmental activist who creates art from marine debris, along with unique shops in the Conscious Market where everyone can purchase recycled, upcycled, natural products, and one-of-a-kind crafts from eco-friendly shops, as well as special offers from Stonegoat for a fun, valuable, and eco-friendly experience.

Part of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Teach For Thailand Foundation, and items not exchanged will be forwarded to the Mirror Foundation and Pun Kan Shop by the Yuwapat Foundation, with representatives from both foundations receiving them to develop income-generating activities and maximize benefits. The SWAP UP FESTIVAL VOL.3, now in its third consecutive year, marks another significant step for The PARQ, reflecting its vision of being a balanced and sustainable lifestyle community, bringing the Circular Lifestyle to tangible form, and inspiring the new generation to see that caring for the planet and modernity can coexist harmoniously.

Join us in making the world more beautiful with your unique style from September 18 to 21 at The PARQ Life, 1st Floor, Q Steps (MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Exit 2).
