Plus Property Marks Its Role as a People Development Organization by Sharing Knowledge on Human Resource Management with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)
Plus Property reaffirms its leadership in comprehensive real estate management while enhancing its role as a “People Development Organization” through the Plus Eduplex institute, which is now entering its sixth year. Recently, it had the honor of being invited by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), a globally renowned international educational institution known for its excellent research, to serve as a speaker on the topic “HR Strategy and Experience Development in Action” for Master’s students at the School of Management (SOM) at AIT.

This lecture was led by Mr. Santi Srisongkram, Director of Plus Eduplex, Plus Property Co., Ltd., along with the Plus Eduplex team, who shared knowledge and exchanged experiences in human resource management, focusing on creating a positive work experience for employees through case studies and real working methods of Plus Property. The discussion emphasized three main topics:
- Innovative Human Resource Management Approaches through problem analysis and collaborative discussions.
- Emphasizing Employee Well-being to Enhance Work Efficiency.
- Interactive Knowledge Exchange that connects academic learning with real-world business practices, facilitating idea exchanges between instructors and students to apply knowledge in solving problems or developing work.

This session focused on creating a learning environment that encourages discussion, inquiry, and idea exchange, ensuring a fun and beneficial atmosphere for learners. This is one of the teaching strategies of Plus Eduplex aimed at helping students achieve a deep understanding that they can apply to their real-life situations.
Additionally, new business ideas developed by Plus Property personnel were shared, which emerged from participation in Plus Eduplex programs, leading to the establishment of new businesses that generate real income while empowering high-performance talents to showcase their abilities fully.

Moreover, experiences and knowledge that can be applied across various businesses and industries were shared, including concepts of employee well-being, promoting equality within organizations, cross-functional teamwork, and designing services tailored to individual consumer needs (Personalized Service).
Mr. Santi stated, “We are very pleased to be part of sharing over 28 years of experience in developing personnel for real estate project management, including the model of Plus Eduplex. We are the first property management company in Thailand to have a comprehensive curriculum development institute. Transmitting knowledge to the academic community, especially with international institutions, will help expand service quality to an international level, which is a key goal of Plus Eduplex in becoming a model organization for training and learning, enhancing the quality of Thai real estate services to meet both domestic and international standards.”

The invitation from AIT reinforces Plus Property's role as a leader and model in human resource development, capable of extending knowledge to the international stage and solidifying the organization's stance as a driver of new standards in the Thai real estate service industry.
