The LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2025, presented by Häfele, was held in a lively atmosphere at the Grand Ballroom of Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Over 350 executives and representatives from leading real estate development companies attended the event to celebrate and network during this prestigious night for the Thai real estate industry.

The awards were organized by Living Insider Co., Ltd., the developer of the LivingInsider platform and application, Thailand's number one real estate marketplace. This year marks the third year of the event, officially supported by Häfele, a leader in hardware, furniture fittings, kitchen appliances, and bathroom fixtures from Germany. The purpose of the event is to honor outstanding operators who play a crucial role in driving the Thai economy.


A total of 58 awards covering all dimensions of the real estate sector

This year, a total of 58 awards were presented, covering both projects and individuals, divided into 10 main categories including awards for project functionality and innovation, investment, design and landscape architecture, value and luxury, projects addressing specific groups, regional real estate developers, awards for executives and organizations with outstanding roles, real estate management, the Rising Star award for new executives and developers, and the Thailand Popular Developer 2025 award, voted by the public, with over 30,000 participants this year.

Awards reflecting trends in the Thai real estate market

Many awards this year reflect consumer behavior and interesting trends in the Thai real estate market, such as:

  • Best Pet-Friendly for projects accommodating pets, important family members.
  • Best Multi-Generational highlighting the demand for housing that supports multiple generations in a family.
  • Best Sustainable Development emphasizing the importance of environmentally conscious and sustainable project development.
  • Best Ultra Luxury, Best Luxury, and Best Quiet Luxury reflecting the growth of the high-end real estate market focusing on quality of life and social value.

Highlights of notable awards

  • AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited won the Best Developer of the Year 2025 and swept several other awards including Best Multi-Generational, Best Facilities, Best Functional, and Best Affordable.
  • Meanwhile, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited won the Thailand Popular Developer 2025 award and also received the Best High Value Investment award for the EARN by LPN project.
  • Asset Wise Public Company Limited achieved success by winning several awards, including Best CEO of the Year 2025 awarded to Mr. Kramchet Wiphanpong, Best Facilities (Low-Rise condo), and Best Affordable.
  • Sammakorn Public Company Limited, after its young CEO, Mr. Napon Jenthananukul, won the Rising Star CEO of the Year 2025, also secured awards for the Park Heritage project in the Best Quiet Luxury and Best Private Residential categories.
  • In the category of outstanding operators in the provincial markets, Central Pattana Public Company Limited swept awards covering all regions of Thailand (North, South, East, and Northeast), reflecting the strength and expansion of this operator's real estate business at the national level.

In the Luxury & Lifestyle category, notable awards included projects that met the criteria and caught the judges' attention, such as Sonle Residences in the Best Ultra Luxury category by SC Asset, The Address Siam – Ratchathewi in the Best Luxury category, and Park Heritage by Sammakorn Public Company Limited, which impressed the judges, winning in the Best Quiet Luxury and Best Private Residential categories.
The award for High-Value Investment this year went to Culture Chula by Ananda Development Public Company Limited in the high-rise condo category, Atmoz Kanaal by Asset Wise Public Company Limited in the low-rise condo category, and EARN by L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited in the housing category.

The judging process this year was honored by a panel of 10 distinguished judges, all experts and veterans in the Thai real estate sector, including:

  • Prof. Dr. Amorn Pimanas – President of the Association of Structural Engineers of Thailand.
  • Mr. Burit Kasinpila – Co-founder of Home Buyers and The Next Real.
  • Mr. Woradet Siwatechanon – Former President and CEO of ERA Thailand.
  • Dr. Vichai Viratakpan – Scholar in urban studies and housing development.
  • Mr. Paitaya Banchakittikun – Managing Director of ATOM Design.
  • Mr. Keri Bunyayothin – Managing Director of Propholic.com.
  • Mr. Phasakorn Jenchalart – Founder of the INSO website.
  • Mr. Natthapol Ariyothiporn – Founder of Condo Insight.
