The company has signed a collaboration agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch the "voco Bangkok Siam" hotel, a premium establishment with 350 rooms located in a prime area in the heart of Bangkok, near BTS Siam, valued at over 2.2 billion baht, set to open in 2572. The goal is to have more than 20% of profits from recurring income properties by 2572 and to expand the hotel business to over 2,000 rooms. Recently, SCX Corporation signed a collaboration agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts to develop the "voco Bangkok Siam" hotel, valued at 2.2 billion baht, which will be the fourth hotel in the company's portfolio, located in the heart of Bangkok, opposite Siam Discovery, and set to open in 2572.

Therefore, we decided to choose the Siam Square location because it is exceptionally convenient, close to BTS Siam, which is the city center and a major connection point for the BTS in Bangkok. Guests can walk from the hotel to eight shopping malls within a 1.5-kilometer radius, such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and MBK. At the same time, we chose to partner with IHG to bring the voco brand, the fastest-growing premium brand in the group, which has a unique identity and attention to detail, to provide an excellent stay experience for travelers,” Mr. Natthapong stated.

This new hotel marks the unveiling of the second voco brand development plan in Thailand and will join the rapidly expanding portfolio of voco hotels worldwide.
