Mr. Pasu Liptapallop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD), revealed that in Q2/2025, the company achieved total revenue of 2.08 billion baht, an increase of 1.37 billion baht from the same period last year, which had total revenue of 713 million baht, representing a growth of 191.7%. Additionally, the ROMM Convent Luxury Wellness Residences, located in the heart of Sathorn, has continued to achieve over 80% sales even while under construction, reflecting customer confidence in the project, which offers both quality living and sustainable value growth.

As of the end of June 2025, the company had a backlog valued at 7.71 billion baht, which will gradually be recognized as revenue in the second half of the year and into 2026, ensuring continuity of income, enhancing financial stability, and increasing the potential for new project investments in the future.
