The People’s Choice Awards is an honor awarded to the top real estate companies selected by consumers, verified by an independent panel of experts from various sectors of the real estate industry in Thailand, as part of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2025, which has been held continuously for a long time and is recognized in the real estate business sector.

Consumers can vote based on satisfaction with the work, brand reputation, and quality standards of projects from their favorite real estate companies, starting from midnight on August 8, 2025, until 11:59 PM on August 22, 2025. Voting can be done at https://peopleschoiceawards.asia/en/thailand/, and all votes and results of the People’s Choice Awards will be verified and certified by HLB, the official voting partner.

Voters will have the chance to win a Central e-voucher worth 1,000 Baht, with 30 prizes available through an online draw, with the lucky winners announced on September 3, 2025.

The winners of the People’s Choice Awards will be announced at the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards gala dinner, held on September 12, 2025, at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.
