National Housing Authority Launches 'Final Deal 2025' Campaign for Aspiring Homeowners
The National Housing Authority (NHA) has launched the 'Final Deal 2025' campaign, running from now until September 30, 2025, aimed at helping citizens access affordable housing with a variety of benefits tailored for those looking to own their own home.
Mr. Thavipong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, revealed that due to the overwhelming success of previous campaigns, which still did not fully meet public demand, the NHA has created the 'Final Deal 2025' campaign to expand opportunities for citizens to access housing more comprehensively. This campaign represents a significant and final opportunity this year for the public to truly own their dream home under the best conditions regarding price, interest rates, and various benefits. Projects participating in this campaign are spread across the country, covering areas in Bangkok and its vicinity, including the Bang Phli Community Housing Project Phase 2, the Affordable Housing Project at Ram Inthra (Khu Bon) Phase 1, Nakhon Pathom Community Housing Phase 2, Nonthaburi Community Housing and Services (Wat Koo 3), Lat Krabang Community Housing and Services Phase 3/1, as well as regional projects such as Chonburi Community Housing and Services (Huai Kapi), Khon Kaen Old Town-Greenville Community Housing and Services Phase 1, Krabi Community Housing and Services (Krabi Noi), and Udon Thani Community Housing and Services (Sam Phrao) Phase 1, among others.
This campaign features key highlights, including a 0% interest rate for the first year for the Affordable Housing Project and Community Housing Projects, along with 25 other participating projects, and a special interest rate of 2.50% for other participating projects. Additionally, there are price discounts of 5–20% across a total of 103 projects, particularly for the Affordable Housing Project, which has special prices ranging from 250,000 to 390,000 THB per unit, with a low reservation fee of just 1,000 THB for social projects and 3,000 THB for commercial projects. For certain projects, additional special privileges will be offered, such as free mosquito nets and security grills valued up to 15,000 THB per unit for Nonthaburi Community Housing and Services (Bang Yai-Wat Phra Ngern) Parts 1-2, and up to 10,000 THB per unit for the Mit Maitree Community Housing and Services Phase 1 Parts 1-2.
Moreover, the campaign also opens opportunities for tenants from the '999 Rent-to-Own' program who wish to change their status to a rent-to-purchase agreement, allowing them to join without a credit bureau check if they have no outstanding debts. There are also measures to relax credit criteria based on Credit Score, providing another avenue to reduce financial barriers for low-income individuals or those without prior credit history.
The National Housing Authority has set up locations for the public to directly reserve and sign contracts (Walk-in), including the NHA headquarters on Nawamin Road, Bangkok, open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (closed on Sundays and public holidays), the Metropolitan Housing Office, and provincial housing offices nationwide from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (during official hours), Future Park Rangsit shopping center from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (daily, including public holidays), and Big C Supercenter Bang Phli from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (daily, including public holidays).

“A home is not just a place to live but the foundation of a stable quality of life. We designed this campaign to genuinely meet the needs of all citizens and to elevate their quality of life, promoting and supporting economic stability at the grassroots level, which reflects the role of the housing sector as a mechanism to drive the economy and society as a whole,” Mr. Thavipong concluded.
