The regional expansion of JLL's technology consulting services is led by Adam Stark, Head of Smart Building Services and Asset Performance Management for JLL in the Asia Pacific region, who has relocated to Bangkok to drive business growth in this expanding market.

His past achievements include developing technology strategies for 101 Collins Street in Melbourne, one of the first buildings in Australia to achieve a Platinum SmartScore certification, and providing consulting services for notable real estate development projects such as Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and One Bangkok in Thailand.
