- In Q3, SC Asset is set to officially launch “SONLE RESIDENCES,” a super-luxury single-family home project valued at over 1.2 billion baht, reinforcing its position as a premium housing leader.
Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Managing Director of the Land Development and Marketing Business Group at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, stated that during Q2/2025 (April - June 2025), the company’s land development projects received a strong market response, achieving total sales of 5.274 billion baht, an increase of 118% from the first quarter and a 31% growth compared to the same period last year. This positive trend is partly due to the launch of 5 new projects, including Grand Bangkok Boulevard (1 project), Bangkok Boulevard (2 projects), Venue (1 project), and Matter (1 project). Additionally, SC Asset has actively engaged in marketing activities, including the major event “SC Day” and setting up booths in key locations to directly reach customers, leading to a clear growth in Q2 sales.

"Although the overall market still faces challenges from economic conditions and consumer confidence, the premium housing segment continues to grow. We find that customers with real purchasing power are still looking for homes that meet their needs in terms of design, location, and long-term value, especially in the 20 million baht segment, which generated over 3.2 billion baht in sales this quarter, reflecting a 48% growth compared to the same period last year and accounting for 62% of total sales in the land development portfolio."

The top three projects with the highest sales in this quarter include The Gentry Pattanakarn 2, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Pinklao-Kanchana, and Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchaphruek-Pinklao. Additionally, in Q2, a new project that achieved satisfactory sales is Grand Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang–Chaeng Watthana, a luxury project in northern Bangkok, which generated 317 million baht in sales, and the Matter Ngamwongwan, a premium townhouse project targeting young professionals and starter families, which achieved 235 million baht in sales. The success of these projects reflects SC Asset's capability to develop residences that meet diverse needs in terms of design and functionality across different segments.
Mr. Mongkut further stated that a key highlight for the second half of 2025 is the launch of “SONLE RESIDENCES” (Sunle Residences), a super-luxury single-family home brand valued at over 1.2 billion baht, with prices starting from 260 to 400 million baht, set to officially launch in mid-July. The project emphasizes unique architectural design, usable space, safety, and after-sales service, reinforcing SC Asset's image as a true leader in premium housing.

SC Asset continues to create superior experiences for customers through precise and ongoing marketing strategies with 5 new projects in the second half of the year, including 3 projects under the Bangkok Boulevard brand and 2 projects under the Venue brand, to meet the needs of customers across all price levels. The company aims to cover insights and build a brand that emphasizes sincerity and quality of life in every dimension, hoping that customers will not only buy homes but also experience happiness and value from long-term living. This year, SC Asset plans to launch a total of 15 new projects valued at 28 billion baht, comprising 12 land projects worth 18 billion baht and 3 high-rise projects worth 10 billion baht.
“We will continue to develop new projects to meet the ongoing demand from consumers, adhering to design principles that prioritize actual living and quality of life,” Mr. Mongkut concluded.
