Supalai Upholds the Concept of 'Confidence' as the Heart of a Stable Business at The Unshakable Business Forum during Creative Talk Conference 2025
Supalai reinforces its brand philosophy in managing real estate business stability amidst unpredictable global changes during the panel discussion titled 'The Unshakable Business' at Supalai Presents Creative Talk Conference 2025 (CTC 2025). It emphasizes that 'confidence' is not just a strategy but a 'foundation' that must be shaped by organizational culture, work systems, and a commitment to continuous quality decision-making.

During the discussion, Mr. Te - Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited shared real experiences when Supalai faced challenges in business management during various crises, including the 1997 Tom Yum Kung crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, and the severe earthquake last April. Supalai had to make crucial decisions on whether to 'pause to survive' or 'push forward to maintain confidence.' The organization chose to continue developing projects relentlessly while fully maintaining quality, even during a slowdown in the overall real estate industry. 'Because confidence is not something that comes from words or image-building, but must stem from consistent actions that assure customers we will not deviate from what they trust.' He added that business stability, from Supalai's perspective, comes from financial discipline, principled decision-making, and not compromising standards even in the toughest times.

Towards the end, Mr. Te also shared insights for new entrepreneurs, stating that if they had to choose a few key elements to establish stability in uncertain times, they should focus on: strong financial discipline, building confidence through actions, and a commitment to quality from within the organization.

Additionally, at CTC 2025, attendees experienced the SUPALAI HOUSE LAB booth, which presented the concept 'Quality Begins Inside' in a tangible format, revealing in-depth details about 'Supalai Homes' through three main quality pillars: 1. Safety with strong structures and comprehensive safety systems. 2. Comfort through the use of high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. 3. Practicality with functions designed based on an understanding of the lifestyles of residents across all generations. The exhibition also showcased the model of The Exposed House, which has never been revealed before, allowing visitors to 'see' the hidden aspects within Supalai homes and understand that the true 'quality' of a home begins with what is unseen and should not be overlooked.
