The first phase, totaling 23,000 square meters, is ready for delivery as scheduled, reflecting the continuously strong market demand. This project is another warehouse and factory for rent, developed in collaboration with Tokyo Tatemono Thailand, a leading real estate development company from Japan with over 128 years of experience.

SCX plans to develop the project to include both ready-built warehouses and factories and built-to-suit buildings, with a total rental area of approximately 80,000 square meters. Construction of two ready-built buildings totaling 23,000 square meters is set to be completed by January 2025, while the remaining area of over 50,000 square meters will be developed continuously in both ready-built and built-to-suit formats throughout 2025-2026.
