Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that in Q1/2025, the company generated revenue from the transfer of ownership across all residential project categories (including joint ventures) totaling over 3.561 billion Baht, a 22% increase from the same period last year. This includes joint venture projects worth 2.568 billion Baht. The total sales (presales) amounted to 8.027 billion Baht, with condominium sales under the ORIGIN VERTICAL brand at 6.860 billion Baht, accounting for 85%, and sales from single-family homes under the BRITANIA brand at 1.167 billion Baht, accounting for 15%.

Of the total sales of 8.027 billion Baht, approximately 5.045 billion Baht came from projects developed by the company (Non-JV), while around 2.982 billion Baht came from joint venture projects with partners. - ALPHA Rungsit located on over 54 rai on Phaholyothin Road Km. 33, a strategically important transportation area, offering over 14,595 square meters of space.
- ALPHA Laem Chabang 2 to meet the demand for general goods storage from nearby industrial factories and import-export businesses, especially for products requiring special care, such as EV parts and automobiles, electronics, machinery, and spare parts. This project is located near major logistics centers, including airports and ports, and is designed as a Green Warehouse using skylight roofs and EV forklifts, offering over 13,380 square meters of space.
