City Realty and Swire Properties held a groundbreaking ceremony to commence construction of an ultra-luxury residential project on Wireless Road. This marks a significant milestone following the approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in the first quarter of 2025, paving the way for construction to begin. The ceremony was honored by the presence of executive members, including Mr. Charlie Soponpanich (5th from left), Managing Director of City Realty Co., Ltd., Mr. Tim Blackburn (6th from left), CEO of Swire Properties Ltd., along with Mr. KC Au (1st from left) and Mr. Thomas Woolsey (9th from left), Joint Managing Directors of City Dynamic Co., Ltd., a joint venture between the two companies.

The project is designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, operating through its subsidiary in Thailand, F&P (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Both buildings offer lush views of Lumpini Park and Benjakitti Park, complete with comprehensive amenities and wellness areas, surrounded by high-end lifestyle destinations including leading shopping malls, five-star hotels, international schools, and important embassies. The project is expected to be completed by 2029.
