Recently, Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairwoman of the Board (middle left), along with the board members and executives of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2025 via electronic media (E-AGM) at WHA Tower. The shareholders' meeting approved a dividend payment for the performance of the year 2024, adding another 0.1925 Baht per share, amounting to 736.3 million Baht. This brings the total annual dividend payment for 2024 to 0.2525 Baht per share, totaling 966 million Baht. The record date for dividend eligibility is set for April 29, 2025, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 16, 2025.
