Additionally, investments will be made in district infrastructure to develop the South Sukhumvit area into a 'Creative & Innovation District' for Thailand's creative industry and soft power. The project is now over 80% complete and is set to open by the end of this year.

Mr. Ongsa Janyaprasert, Project Director of Cloud 11, stated, "Cloud 11 has increased its investment by an additional 3 billion baht to respond to the growth trends in Thailand's creative industry and Asia, raising the project's value from 40 billion baht to 43 billion baht. This additional funding will be allocated to Creative Facilities worth 2 billion baht and to develop the South Sukhumvit area into a new creative and innovation district with 1 billion baht. The entire Cloud 11 project has received long-term project finance support from Bangkok Bank."

Mr. Paul Sirisarn, Managing Director of Cloud 11, mentioned, "Cloud 11 aims to create a complete Creative Ecosystem for the country, providing opportunities for creators to meet and collaborate, leading to new ideas and works. This will enhance the potential of Thai content to reach a global level. The Creative Facilities will cater to the needs of creators and those in the creative industry from the initial stages to the final outputs, making Cloud 11 a comprehensive hub where creators can fully unleash their potential."
In terms of theinitial stages, Cloud 11 intends to build aCreative Talent Community through the Academy, an institution that helps develop skills and professional capabilities in the creative field. This is in collaboration with the renowned global institution, 1500 Sound Academy, led by American producer James Fauntleroy, to open the first school for artists and musicians in Thailand.

For themid stages, Cloud 11 aims to be aContent Production Hub. In addition to the Creator Village office designed to meet the working style of those in the creative industry, Cloud 11 has also invested in studio facilities that encompass everything in one place, including Creator Studios and Production Studios, with facilities for image and sound production, post-production rooms, and fully equipped tools and equipment. Furthermore, there will be Creative Co-working spaces where creators can simply plug in their computers to edit content and render work quickly and efficiently.
Lastly, for thefinal stages, Cloud 11 will serve as aplatform for showcasing works and business development for creators, with additional investments in Cloud 11 Hall and the Blackbox Theatre to provide a stage for new artists to showcase their talents. There will also be a Passion Playground retail area designed to support creators in monetizing their works, providing opportunities for those looking to establish businesses, as well as Cloud 11 Park, which will be a space for creators to exhibit their works and host events and activities throughout the year.
The Cloud 11 project aims to be a creative space for everyone (A Creative Destination for Creativity of All Kinds) with the concept of Empowering Creators, enhancing the potential of creators and elevating Thailand's creative industry to a global level by integrating nine essential components along with infrastructure and facilities that comprehensively meet the needs of those in the industry.

"In addition to designing facilities within the project to facilitate the creative process and lifestyle of creators, Cloud 11 is developed with the 'For All Well-being' concept of MQDC in mind. We prioritize designing the project to minimize environmental impact while developing and growing alongside the community. Therefore, Cloud 11 has allocated an additional 1 billion baht for infrastructure development in the area to promote the South Sukhumvit area as a Creative & Innovation District for Thailand's creative industry and soft power. Plans include developing canal-side areas, improving parks, enhancing sidewalks on Sukhumvit Road and in side streets, and collaborating on creative festivals like Bangkok Design Week. Cloud 11 has also discussed partnerships with the Thailand Creative Culture Agency (THACCA) to drive the development of the area in collaboration with the government and local communities," Mr. Ongsa added. The Cloud 11 project has been meticulously designed with attention to detail, with the renowned Norwegian design studio Snøhetta as a consultant, working alongside leading Thai architectural firm A49 (Architects 49 Co., Ltd.) and construction management by Nanthawan Co., Ltd. (Thai Obayashi).
Mr. Apisit Rojanapradit, Project Manager and Engineer at Nanthawan Co., Ltd.(Thai Obayashi) stated, "Thai Obayashi excels in construction standards from Japan, utilizing new innovations and technologies in construction, along with over 50 years of experience, ensuring investors can trust in efficient work and stringent inspections to deliver quality and safe construction."

For the Cloud 11 project, we have employed various technologies and innovations for building safety, such as using large special steel structures (Box Girders Beam) to effectively distribute the building's weight to the columns or foundations. We have also utilized Steel Reinforced Concrete (SRC) construction techniques, which combine steel structures and reinforced concrete to enhance strength and flexibility, ensuring the building's safety, especially regarding structural movement due to earthquakes. Following the earthquake at the end of March, we had engineers inspect the building's structure and found no damage from the earthquake; the building remains intact and strong, allowing tenants to be confident in the project's safety.
Currently, the Cloud 11 project has completed the engineering structure phase as planned and is now in the interior decoration stage. The project is 80% complete, and we will begin gradually handing over retail spaces for tenant decoration in June, with the project expected to be 100% complete and fully operational by the end of this year.
Additionally, we have important partners such as theCOMMONS, which will open theCOMMONS Cloud 11 in a 5,420 square meter area on the 4th floor of the project, under the concept of "South Sukhumvit’s Backyard," a backyard for the South Sukhumvit area, merging the strengths of theCOMMONS in creating a wholesome community with Cloud 11's Empowering Creators concept, consisting of five key zones that will enhance creative spaces, showcase works, and provide areas for work and relaxation. Another key partner is YOTEL, a global smart hotel chain, which will open its first branch in Thailand under the name YOTEL Bangkok, offering a unique experience from check-in to check-out, where guests will immerse themselves in the "Heart of Innovation and Technology" through YOTEL's advanced technology and innovations to facilitate creators and tourists, both Thai and international, who will use the services within the project, as well as accommodate investors and business people traveling to the South Sukhumvit innovation area.
