Mr. Pongthep Pholanan (front row, 3rd from left), Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Meeting, and Ms. Sasinetr Phaholyothin (front row, 4th from left), Acting Chairman of the Executive Committee and CEO, along with the board members and executives of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (AIT), participated in the Annual General Meeting for 2025 conducted via electronic media (E-AGM). Shareholders were informed of the operational results for 2024 and approved the distribution of dividends from net profits and retained earnings at a rate of 0.40 baht per share, with the XD mark set for April 18. The dividend payment to shareholders is scheduled for May 2, 2025. When combined with the interim dividend, AIT will have paid a total dividend of 0.55 baht per share for the entire year of 2024, marking the highest dividend payout to date. Additionally, shareholders approved the agenda for a Voluntary Partial Tender Offer from existing AIT shareholders, allowing TKC to make a tender offer for up to 10% of shares from existing shareholders. This move is seen as a step to enhance business collaboration and increase capabilities in providing digital solutions and IT infrastructure to meet the growing demands of both public and private sector organizations, aiming to establish leadership in the information technology and communication industry in Thailand.
