Rom Pho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE) is actively working to build confidence and assurance in safety, moving forward with proactive measures by sending engineering teams and personnel from all sectors to inspect the structures of all projects under the brand THE TITLE in Phuket, both completed and under construction, confirming that all projects remain strong and are built according to earthquake-resistant building design standards.

Mr. Drong Huta Jutha, Chief Executive Officer of Rom Pho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a developer of Leisure Residence for sustainable living and investment, stated that
following the earthquake that caused tremors in many areas of Thailand, initial assessments found no damage. After the incident, the company took proactive measures by sending engineering teams and personnel from all sectors to urgently inspect all projects under the THE TITLE brand. The company has projects located in high-potential areas including Nai Yang, Bang Tao, Kata, and Rawai, with a total of 12 low-rise condominium projects, 6 of which are already occupied and 6 are under construction. From the inspections conducted, all of the company's projects are strong and safe according to engineering standards and have not been affected in any way.

“The purpose of checking every project of the company this time is to confirm safety for all customers, both in terms of structural stability and the safety of life and property, as well as ensuring that the buildings are ready for use in all situations. Because the safety of our customers and residents in all our projects is of utmost importance, the company has conducted thorough inspections of all projects. We are confident in our construction standards that prioritize safety in every aspect, with all projects designed and developed according to engineering standards and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior, B.E. 2550, and the earthquake-resistant building design standards of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning 1301/1302.
