Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT), stated that following the earthquake in Myanmar that affected Thailand, the company has been closely monitoring the situation and has expedited building inspections. Engineers and experts have been dispatched to assess the damage to the buildings under management, and no structural impacts were found, allowing normal use of the buildings. Details are as follows:

Residential Business: All projects, including single-family homes and townhomes, are safe, and residents can return to their homes. The KLOS condominium project, currently under construction, has a robust structure and was not affected in any way. The company is committed to developing projects under strict compliance with building design and construction standards as per the Building Control Act and the standards set by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.
Industrial Business: The property management team has been gradually inspecting the safety conditions of the buildings while communicating and providing initial inspection methods to clients. A contact number has also been made available for clients to reach out immediately in case of emergencies.

Commercial Business: Office buildings and retail spaces, including Samyan Mitrtown, Silom Edge, FYI Center, Sathorn Square, Park Ventures, as well as hotels such as W Bangkok, Ascott Sathorn, Modena by Fraser Bangkok, and Triple Y, have been designed to withstand vibrations effectively. They remain strong and safe in every aspect.
