Sansiri has summarized the list of condominium projects that have undergone thorough safety inspections, covering both structural integrity and various systems within the buildings, conducted by a team of engineers and specialized experts. The inspection scope includes the following five categories:

  • Structure: Columns, beams, floors, and foundations
  • Architecture: Walls, ceilings, joints, and finishing materials
  • Fire protection systems: Fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and alarm systems
  • Passenger elevator systems within the buildings
  • Plumbing and electrical systems

In addition to the projects listed below, Sansiri has also conducted safety inspections for all projects that are currently under construction, including horizontal projects, covering common areas, show houses, and houses still being built.

For other condominium projects, including previous projects developed by Sansiri and projects in other provinces, the team is actively coordinating with the management of each project to schedule and conduct safety inspections in the next phase.
