The management team of Sansiri Public Company Limited, along with Plus Property and a special task force, is joining forces with leading expert partners to visit various projects. Together with the project management office, we are inspecting critical areas such as building structures, building systems, passenger elevators, and public utilities. We have also set up claim reporting points for residents whose units have sustained damage. We assure you that every Sansiri project is designed and constructed to be strong and safe according to strict standard requirements, including building regulations as per the Ministry's 2007 announcement regarding load-bearing capacity, resistance, and durability of buildings, earthquake-resistant building design standards set by the Engineering Council, and Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning standards 1301/1302, which are high-level building structure design standards in Thailand.
