This is supported by the increasing demand for residences in prime locations in the CBD, catering to the rising needs of real demand customers and high-end foreigners. Additionally, the growth of the tourism sector, especially in popular tourist cities like Phuket and Hua Hin, positively impacts the overall real estate business and the operational direction of Proud Real Estate.


Currently, the company's ongoing projects are receiving positive feedback, with a total backlog of 10.935 billion baht. This includes the "VEHHA Hua Hin" project valued at 1.560 billion baht, which is 81% complete, the "ROMM Convent" project valued at 2.763 billion baht, which is 25% complete, the "NUE District R9" project valued at 6.418 billion baht, which is 100% complete, the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project valued at 114 million baht, which is ready for occupancy, and the "VI Ari" project valued at 81 million baht, also ready for occupancy. Sales are expected to increase further starting in Q2 2025.


The company is accelerating the transfer of ownership for the VEHHA Hua Hin, NUE District R9, Nue Cross Khu Khot Station, and VI Ari projects to gradually recognize additional revenue this year, ensuring continuous growth.
